From a fisherman's house to a 3 star hotel
Musicians had already made guest appearances at "Haus Thellmann" in 1954. Lisel Evers was born in Thellmann. The host family Evers built the new building in 1977, today a 3-star hotel in the middle of Grömitz. Manfred and Lisel Evers run the hotel with their son Martin. In the 4th generation, grandson Philipp Evers has just graduated as a chef with distinction and the succession is thus secured.
Modern rooms with TV, radio, WiFi, direct dial telephone, safe, hairdryer, shower and toilet are waiting for you. A completely new fire protection concept was not implemented until 2016. In 2017/2018, many rooms were redesigned and furnished.
Your well-being is the first requirement here. You can enjoy your vacation in the reception, in the rooms and in the legendary Klabauterstube. The hotel is located directly at the Grömitz spa gardens. In just a few minutes' walk you can reach shops, bistros, the pier and the Baltic Sea beach.
You can feel the hospitality and passion of the Evers family here. The family business also includes a beach chair rental on Grömitzer Strand.
